The Community Health Worker (CCHW) Credential must be renewed biennial (every two years) on October 31st of the renewal year.

Congratulations on earning your certification! Now that you are a certified professional, it is critical that you keep your credential in good standing. It is your responsibility to make sure that you complete annual continuing education credits and renew your credential before it expires.

The new online certification system provides many features to enhance your user experience. You will need to activate your existing account and learn new ways to complete online certification activities. One of the new requirements is the completion of a brief Renewal Application.

The FCB provides tutorials on how to perform each of the system actions required for renewal. Please check your primary email address for detailed directions on the new renewal process and links to access the tutorials.

Renewal notices are sent by the Florida Certification Board.
