To review the CHW Chronic Disease Curriculum.
We are recruiting volunteers to participate as curriculum review members for our peer/stakeholder development chronic disease curriculum. Community Health Workers/Promotores de Salud, supervisors and their allies working with members of the community or patients with Chronic conditions are eligible to participate one of two scheduled curriculum review subgroup sessions. We hope to recruit 65-95 participants for the review from each of the Coalition's six regions.
