Scholarship sponsored by Simply Healthcare

The Florida Community Health Worker Coalition (FL-CHWC) is accepting applications for the Community Health Worker Coalition Certification Scholarship, funded by Simply Healthcare Plan. The scholarship funds are intended to help Community Health Workers (CHWs) who wish to pursue the Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) Credential.

Up to 20 scholarships will be awarded quarterly to:

1) first-time applicants,

2) applicants renewing their credential

3) recertification purposes.

Deadline for application is: October 14, 2022
